Job Level

About the role

  • Build the Marketing Suite Strategy: Lead the development of our AI-driven Autonomous Sales Agents - utilizing LLMs to engage, qualify, and book meetings for Pros in real-time.
  • Own the Consumer Platform: Manage and innovate on the "Green Side" of Houzz. You will oversee the homeowner journey across Photos, Ideabooks, Stories, Discussions, and the Homefeed, ensuring these surfaces drive high-intent demand for our home renovation professionals.
  • Master Lead Fulfillment: Own the end-to-end fulfillment process. You are responsible for ensuring every lead whether it comes from Houzz or an external channel is nurtured and converted via "Speed to Contact" and automated qualification.
  • Multi-Channel Demand Gen: Develop tools to help Pros capture demand beyond Houzz, including website optimization, custom lead forms, and utility-driven consumer tools (e.g., project ROI estimators, 3D modeling).
  • Lead Integrity: Implement AI-driven gating to protect Pros from spam and ensure they only spend time on high-value, qualified opportunities.
  • ROI Infrastructure: Build the attribution and reporting dashboard that proves the revenue generated by the Marketing Suite across all homeowner touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience building large-scale B2C or B2B2C products.
  • Conversational AI & LLM Expertise: You have a deep understanding of building agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and the challenges of automated lead engagement.
  • Consumer Product Sense: Experience managing high-traffic content or social platforms (Photos, Feeds, or Community tools) with a focus on conversion.
  • Full-Funnel Ownership: A track record of owning both the "top-of-funnel" (engagement/discovery) and "bottom-of-funnel" (monetization/fulfillment).
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to analyze complex project-matching algorithms and multi-channel attribution models.
  • The "Glue" Factor: A natural ability to manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies. You thrive in a fast-moving, startup-like environment within a large organization.
