About the role
- Lead Houst’s end-to-end operations across markets, functions, and time zones
- Sit on the SLT and own operational performance, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution
- Lead 70+ people globally and manage three senior function leads
- Shape how operations scale in a tech-driven, cost-efficient way
- Build systems and processes across property maintenance, guest experience, pricing, and platform performance
- Drive platform optimisation, dynamic pricing, and cost control
- Work closely with Product, Growth, and SLT to hit company-wide goals
Requirements
- 10+ years in operations (ideally in marketplace, proptech, or hospitality)
- Strong leadership experience across global teams
- Data-driven with excellent analytical and financial skills
- Obsessed with customer experience and operational excellence
