Service Coordinator
House DoctorsService Coordinator for House Doctors, handling scheduling and client communications in the home service industry. Requires expert knowledge of Service Titan and strong organizational skills.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to incoming calls, texts, chats, emails and social media messages in a fast paced environment
- Utilize Service Titan to coordinate and schedule service calls based on technician availability, customer priority, and location
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address any concerns or inquiries
- Provide job material ordering and delivery support
- Work with clients and teammates to provide exceptional customer service
- Accurately track job progress and collect payments utilizing Service Titan
Requirements
What you’ll need- An expert level knowledge of Service Titan job creation and scheduling
- Proficient in phone and messaging etiquette and effective communication skills
- Previous contact center experience a plus
- Adept at utilizing Microsoft or Google office productivity applications (Excel, Word, Sheets, Docs)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Attention to detail and great organizational habits are mandatory.
