About the role
- Purchase properties using Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc., from sellers across various platforms.
- Perform in-depth market research and provide expert advice about changes in Cryptocurrency and real estate markets.
- Prepare and execute contracts and other necessary paperwork ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Plan and implement strategies to maximize the value of transactions, keeping abreast with trends and regulatory changes in both the Crypto and Housing markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sellers, clients and other stakeholders, promoting effective communication.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in transactions efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field will be a plus.
- Considerable experience as a buyer in the real estate industry, with previous experience in Cryptocurrency transactions being essential.
- Proficient in applying blockchain technology, demonstrating excellent understanding of the Cryptocurrency marketplace.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, along with the ability to apply them to practice.
- Ability to handle high-pressure scenarios, exhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
