About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead day-to-day planning and execution of launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives across North America marketing
- Support execution of culturally relevant brand moments that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Serve as the primary working-level partner across Integrated Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, PR/Communications, Events, DTC, Creative, and Visual Merchandising
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure plans are delivered on time and with excellence
- Lead regular cross-functional meetings, status updates, and launch readiness reviews
- Manage launch calendars, milestone tracking, and key deliverables
- Monitor category and launch performance against objectives and KPIs
- Analyze sales trends, launch performance, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommendations
- Develop post-launch recaps and performance summaries that inform future strategies
- Ensure all activations and consumer touchpoints reflect Hourglass' luxury positioning and brand standards
- Maintain consistency across channels while adapting plans to meet North America market needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within prestige or luxury beauty
- Experience managing integrated product launches and cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for beauty, luxury brands, and consumer marketing
- Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time
