About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
  • Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers by assessing hiring needs, defining success profiles, and drafting accurate job descriptions
  • Oversee job postings and advertising efforts to ensure timely and competitive market presence
  • Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Review and screen applications to identify top talent
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, interviewer preparation, and interview materials
  • Conduct candidate interviews and support hiring teams throughout the selection process
  • Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers during the offer process, including compensation recommendations, incentives, and start-date coordination
  • Monitor recruiting progress and priorities to ensure timely hiring outcomes during the coverage period
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Maintain clear documentation and handoffs to support continuity before and after the coverage period
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, with increasing responsibility; management or lead experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing methodologies, and labor market trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies across a variety of roles and levels
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
  • Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to hiring
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn and evolve in a dynamic environment
  • Must be able to work from the Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.
