About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
- Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers by assessing hiring needs, defining success profiles, and drafting accurate job descriptions
- Oversee job postings and advertising efforts to ensure timely and competitive market presence
- Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Review and screen applications to identify top talent
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, interviewer preparation, and interview materials
- Conduct candidate interviews and support hiring teams throughout the selection process
- Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers during the offer process, including compensation recommendations, incentives, and start-date coordination
- Monitor recruiting progress and priorities to ensure timely hiring outcomes during the coverage period
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Maintain clear documentation and handoffs to support continuity before and after the coverage period
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, with increasing responsibility; management or lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing methodologies, and labor market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach
- Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies across a variety of roles and levels
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
- Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Solid knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to hiring
- Adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn and evolve in a dynamic environment
- Must be able to work from the Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.
