About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to employee inquiries about benefit plans, enrollments, status changes, and general benefits matters
  • Ensure accurate benefits enrollment and eligibility information for payroll and carriers
  • Support tracking and delivery of compliance requirements under benefits laws and regulations
  • Facilitate benefits procedures for onboarding new hires and offboarding departing employees
  • Manage data and administrative tasks for benefit renewals, including risk benefits, health, and pension programs
  • Administer internal benefits communications and maintain benefits content
  • Serve as subject matter expert for leaves of absence under the direction of Global Benefits leadership
  • Administer leave programs, review leave requests, determine eligibility, and verify certifications in compliance with policies and country-specific regulations
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate pay during leave
  • Work with employees to obtain complete documentation for timely review
  • Partner with Payroll, HRIS, HCG Operations, and Legal to execute benefits and leave programs
  • Assist with benchmarking research, enrollment and eligibility audits, data maintenance, and other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of benefits and applicable laws in the APAC Region
  • Experience working in a global team
  • Exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills
  • Diligent and persistent in follow-up and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to build partnerships across departments, work well on a team, and work independently
  • Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • 3+ years’ experience in benefits administration
  • Bachelor’s Degree or CIPD level 5
  • Previous experience in a Financial Services firm preferred
  • Previous experience with Workday preferred
