About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with VP Global Payroll & Strategic Initiatives, IT Project Manager, and MSP team.
Drive development with MSP Project Managers for each country.
Manage project scope and milestone tracking.
Identify and raise potential project risks and design mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report project status to senior HCG stakeholders and the Global Payroll Leadership team.
Coordinate with Workday Solutions and IT for system configurations and integrations.
Lead data migration initiatives and oversee quality assurance and system testing.
Serve as the main liaison for HCG and manage vendor performance and accountability.
Support payroll team in development of standard operating procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of dedicated project management or operational implementation experience, with at least 3 years focused on end-to-end global payroll migrations.
Practical experience with Workday HCM and Global Payroll implementations.
Proven experience managing project rollouts across multiple international jurisdictions.
High proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Lean Six Sigma).
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
