About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with VP Global Payroll & Strategic Initiatives, IT Project Manager, and MSP team.
  • Drive development with MSP Project Managers for each country.
  • Manage project scope and milestone tracking.
  • Identify and raise potential project risks and design mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report project status to senior HCG stakeholders and the Global Payroll Leadership team.
  • Coordinate with Workday Solutions and IT for system configurations and integrations.
  • Lead data migration initiatives and oversee quality assurance and system testing.
  • Serve as the main liaison for HCG and manage vendor performance and accountability.
  • Support payroll team in development of standard operating procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of dedicated project management or operational implementation experience, with at least 3 years focused on end-to-end global payroll migrations.
  • Practical experience with Workday HCM and Global Payroll implementations.
  • Proven experience managing project rollouts across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • High proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
