Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the end-to-end execution of complex M&A transactions, coordinating intensive business due diligence and guiding clients through every phase of the deal lifecycle.
Oversee the creation of premier marketing collateral, confidential information presentations, and management pitches that compellingly articulate our clients' unique value propositions.
Lead complex valuation and ad hoc financial analyses, ensuring flawless execution of historical and projected financial modeling.
Build and maintain direct, trusted relationships with C-suite clients, prospective clients, and key professional advisors in the Employer Solutions and broader healthcare space.
Serve as a cornerstone of our group’s culture by supervising, mentoring, and developing our talented junior bankers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of relevant investment banking experience with a proven track record of hands-on M&A execution (transaction experience within the Healthcare industry is highly preferred)
Advanced knowledge of accounting, finance, and extensive experience with complex financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
An undergraduate degree with an exemplary academic record from an accredited institution.
Exceptional verbal, written, and public speaking skills; you are comfortable owning the room and presenting to senior executives and boards.
A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly managing multiple high-stakes project deliverables simultaneously.
