Key responsibilities & impact

Work with senior professionals covering Software and Digital Media clients
Learn about a range of end-markets: supply chain software, proptech, education technology, HCM software, semiconductors, sports tech, etc.
Support teams working on M&A as well as equity / debt capital raises
Research economic and industry-specific developments
Analyze financial statements and other investment attributes of publicly traded as well as private companies
Help prepare marketing materials and other presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong academic track record, with a background in finance, accounting, business or economics
At least one year of investment banking experience (technology coverage preferred)
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
A high degree of intellectual curiosity and a desire to never stop learning
Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work product
Ability to manage rapid timelines and proactively manage any potential conflicts
Ability to exercise sound judgment, make informed decisions, and act independently
Comfort presenting to and engaging with senior colleagues, clients, and counterparties
