About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be part of our inventory team ensuring that our databases contain up-to-date records of holiday related inventory.
Loading and maintenance of arrangements and services.
Manage allocations, releases, restrictions and pricing rules.
Set up and maintain multi-centre trips and tours.
Input and maintain cost and selling prices where applicable.
Cross-check system loading within the team to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with the Destination team to implement programme changes.
Liaise with Reservations/Customer Support teams to resolve booking queries.
Load and maintain all pre-bookable inventory for reporting.
Manage locally sold inventory within the system.
Respond quickly and efficiently to requests for new inventory.
Maintain accurate cost and selling prices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong administration experience.
Excellent skills with using databases.
Methodical and numerate approach.
Able to focus on all areas of a task using accuracy and attention to detail.
Has experience of prioritisation, time management and problem solving.
Has excellent communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Able to work logically and collaboratively.
