About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support evolving the Salesforce product vision and roadmap, aligned with company priorities and focused on enhancing B2B commercial processes and partner experience.
- Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment across teams and measurable business impact.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define problems and shape data-driven solutions, based on insights, user feedback and business needs.
- Drive execution and delivery, working closely with Engineering, Architecture and Design to build scalable and efficient solutions.
- Ensure adoption and value realization, tracking KPIs and continuously optimizing product performance.
- Act as the key interface between business and IT, facilitating alignment, managing dependencies and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Promote innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on: AI-driven automation (Agentforce / agentic capabilities), Customer engagement & personalization, Marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Product Management
- Strong experience working with Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud is a plus).
- Experience in B2B environments, understanding commercial processes, sales cycles and partner management.
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to AI / automation / agentic solutions (e.g., Agentforce).
- Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications.
- Strong understanding of business needs and how to translate them into product solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong ownership and execution capability, with ability to drive initiatives to completion.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
- Results-oriented mindset, with focus on impact and value generation.
- Languages Spanish and English
