- Lead the planning, coordination, and communication of global learning activities
- Develop and maintain the Core Skills Catalogue
- Manage the administration and tracking of FUNDAE credits
- Own and update the Uni Lobby and Talent Insights Newsletter
- Consult with internal stakeholders for digital learning solutions
- Implement projects that support career development
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions
- Shape communication strategies for the Uni team
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing global learning programs and digital solutions
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to consult and collaborate across functions
- Capable of evaluating learning effectiveness and ROI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools
- Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages a plus
- Creative thinker, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about employee development
