About the role

  • Advise on employment law and labor relations issues globally, with a strong focus on Spain.
  • Lead and contribute to organizational restructuring plans and employee consultation processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Drive harmonization of employment conditions and labor-related policies.
  • Manage relationships with work councils, third-party providers, and represent the company before authorities.
  • Collaborate with external lawyers to resolve sensitive employment situations.
  • Support equality plans and collective workforce adjustments in Spain within a global context.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in labor relations within a global organization.
  • Strong expertise in Spanish employment law, including collective workforce adjustments and equality plans.
  • Solid understanding of international labor regulations and workforce transitions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, multicultural environments.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with agility.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
