About the role
- Advise on employment law and labor relations issues globally, with a strong focus on Spain.
- Lead and contribute to organizational restructuring plans and employee consultation processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Drive harmonization of employment conditions and labor-related policies.
- Manage relationships with work councils, third-party providers, and represent the company before authorities.
- Collaborate with external lawyers to resolve sensitive employment situations.
- Support equality plans and collective workforce adjustments in Spain within a global context.
Requirements
- Proven experience in labor relations within a global organization.
- Strong expertise in Spanish employment law, including collective workforce adjustments and equality plans.
- Solid understanding of international labor regulations and workforce transitions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, multicultural environments.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with agility.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
