About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate, plan and supervise all facets of the restaurant including the production, preparation and presentation of food
- Deliver quality products in a competitive and profitable environment
- Supervise human resources and monitor food presentation and labor costs
- Ensure a safe, sanitary work environment which complies with food service standards
- Assist in the creation, planning and costing of menus and daily specials
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/Secondary Qualifications or equivalent
- One to two years of post-high school education or equivalent positional work experience
- Three to four years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s)
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession
- Oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
