Key responsibilities & impact

Define, lead, and execute the company’s enterprise revenue management strategy
Set long-term and short-term revenue targets for the portfolio
Lead strategic pricing, stay restriction, and inventory control frameworks
Anticipate and respond to evolving market dynamics, competitive shifts, and macroeconomic factors
Partner with executive leadership to integrate revenue strategies into the broader commercial plan
Oversee all distribution channel performance
Recruit, mentor, and inspire top revenue management talent
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the revenue management discipline
Oversee enterprise-wide reporting and analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience
5+ years in senior multi-property or corporate leadership roles
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Deep expertise in revenue management principles, commercial strategy, and global distribution
Advanced proficiency with multiple RMS, PMS, CRS, GDS, channel management, and business intelligence tools.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and influencing skills.
