About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full events portfolio, including strategy, calendar, budget, and execution across all event types and product lines
  • Lead Engine’s presence, activations, and experiences at Tier 1 industry conferences
  • Design intimate decision-maker events such as dinners, salons, and executive gatherings
  • Develop supply and partner events that deepen ecosystem relationships
  • Lead tailored government programs and branded first-party customer events
  • Ensure every event expresses the Engine brand and creates memorable experiences
  • Scale market reach through creative footprints, formats, and event programs
  • Build attendee recruitment systems in partnership with growth, ABM, and sales
  • Establish rigorous event measurement frameworks from leading indicators through lagging outcomes
  • Create monetization models for sponsorships, supply and partner participation, and other revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with brand, growth, partnerships, supply, sales, external vendors, and agencies
  • Lead people and operate multiple events and motions across diverse product lines

Requirements
