About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the growth product roadmap for the card, including onboarding, activation flows, in-product prompts, and adoption surfaces
- Drive conversion and activation across the funnel from first touch through activation and repeat use
- Design and ship product experiments, learn from results, and build a repeatable growth motion
- Shape the card experience for new and activating customers by identifying friction and prioritizing high-leverage fixes
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship quickly and maintain a high bar for craft
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8 years in product management
- Strong track record as a growth or activation product manager on consumer or prosumer products
- Experience owning a product funnel through product levers and moving funnel metrics
- Fintech experience, particularly in card products, is a strong plus
- Experience running and designing product experiments
- Comfort working in test-and-learn environments and critically interpreting data
- Understanding of how product levers drive growth outcomes
- Ability to identify high-leverage opportunities across onboarding, activation, and engagement
- Strong prioritization judgment and ability to make difficult tradeoffs
- Ownership of ambiguous problems and ability to drive them to clarity
