About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the lodging shopping experience roadmap across search results, property details, and booking conversion moments
- Run experiments across the funnel to improve conversion and retention
- Improve the map, filters, page layout, and first-time booker experience to create a consumer-grade lodging shopping experience
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to prioritize initiatives, ship quickly, and maintain a high bar for craft
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 6 years of experience in product management
- Strong track record of shipping and iterating on shopping funnels
- Experience running and designing product experiments
- Ability to operate in a test-and-learn environment and critically interpret data
- Strong consumer-grade product instincts and attention to shopping experience details
- Ability to make difficult prioritization decisions and explain tradeoffs
- Ability to work as a peer with design, engineering, and commercial partners
- Ability to take accountability for decisions and outcomes
- B2C background is a strong plus, not required
- Travel experience is not required
