Staff Product Designer, Omni
Hotel EngineStaff Product Designer leading the design of B2B surfaces for Engine's Omni API platform. Collaborating with product and engineering to create polished user experiences from complex workflows.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead design across two distinct B2B surfaces - partner configuration tools and the hotel supply platform.
- Set design direction at the Staff level: shape strategy, lead reviews, and raise the craft bar across the team, not just execute features.
- Bring consumer-grade craft to dense, operator-facing workflows used by sophisticated partners and hotel supply teams.
- Partner closely with PM, engineering, and partnerships to turn complex, API-driven configurations into clear, reliable, polished experiences.
- Push the team forward on AI-forward tooling (Figma, Cursor, Pencil) and contribute back to Engine's design system.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mastery of the full product development process—from product planning and discovery to concepts, build-ready designs, prototypes.
- Strong craft in visual, interaction, and UX design with a focus on simplicity, utility, and delight within the enterprise space.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders in partnership with PMs, engineers, data, and executives.
- Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, design systems, and emerging tech like Pencil / Cursor.
- Clear communication and storytelling skills—you can explain not just what you designed, but why.
