About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Craft and execute innovative strategies to lead the end-to-end design of compensation plans for sellers across all GTM channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to act as the "connective thread" between Sales, Finance, HR, Legal and Revenue Operations to align plan designs and quotas.
- Lead the governance plan policies, managing true-ups, exceptions, and the terms and conditions of sales contracts.
- Provide exceptional support and insights to our clients, ensuring every interaction with Engine exceeds expectations by serving as a strategic consultant to senior GTM and Sales Finance leaders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive leadership years of hands-on experience in global sales incentive design within the tech/SaaS industry.
- You’re a problem-solver with top tier analytical skillset: expert-level modeling and the ability to manage large-scale data infrastructure.
- Bonus points if you’re fluent in internal systems for seamless rollouts and scalable analytics infrastructure.
- You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.
