About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for the management of our travel management function.
- Vision and roadmap setting for the travel management products and team strategy.
- Work with cross functional design and engineering leaders to create the overarching strategy on the team.
- You’ll own teams working on areas like Roles, Permissions, Account Setup, Travel Policies, Reporting, Insights and strategic integrations.
- Get your hands dirty and get into the product yourself if needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in product management, including 2+ years in a people management or group PM role.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and launching successful financial products at scale.
- Relentless focus on solving real problems for customers, with strong UX instincts and analytical rigor.
- Comfort and experience working with technical teams.
- You’re a builder at heart—hands-on, collaborative, and excited to scale a new product from the ground up.
