About the role

  • Analyze large-scale pricing datasets to identify trends and benchmark comparable properties across regions
  • Architect core pricing intelligence systems using robust statistical ML methods that form the foundation for our next-generation pricing platform
  • Build enterprise-grade ML models that balance sophistication with interpretability, ensuring stakeholder confidence and regulatory compliance
  • Develop strategic pricing algorithms that combine the reliability of proven statistical methods with the innovation of modern ML engineering
  • Advanced analytics experience, including experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference methods
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and business teams to uncover pricing opportunities
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and communicate clear, actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive business impact by building strategic models and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science or ML Engineering, ideally in pricing, revenue optimization, or similar high-impact domains.
  • You’re a problem-solver with strong machine learning and statistical modeling skills, and you're especially adept at working with large, complex datasets.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is a must. Experience with agnostic tech stacks is a plus. Bonus points if you’ve worked with Snowflake or Streamlit.
  • A Master’s degree in a quantitative field is highly desired; a PhD is a plus.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and are driven by real business impact. You're not just building models—you’re helping shape pricing strategy.
