- Track & Improve Metrics: Monitor performance data, identify trends, and proactively address areas for improvement to optimize team and individual results.
Requirements
- Strong alignment with our DNA (a must-have)
- 1+ years of experience in managing direct reports within a sales leadership capacity, preferably in inbound sales, tech sales, SaaS, or hospitality industries.
- 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in inbound sales, tech sales, SaaS, or hospitality industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and resourceful professional who thrives on ownership and delivering results.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize processes.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality, customer-centric outcomes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
