Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role. Proven track record of successfully leading data engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of data engineering, preferably with experience in Snowflake, Airflow, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Domo. Strong understanding of data pipelines, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Leadership & Performance Management: Ability to manage and scale a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proven experience in performance management, mentorship, and career development.
Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical thinking with excellent decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Mindset: A strategic and results-driven approach to engineering and team leadership. Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
