About the role
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and track key metrics to assess performance, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements across the Revenue department.
- Work closely with Sales, Data Science, and Systems teams to refine prospecting strategies and enhance top-of-funnel efficiency.
- Provide strategic and tactical support to go-to-market functions, ensuring streamlined workflows and impactful outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Strategy, Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven data-driven problem-solving skills, with expertise in breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Ability to lead initiatives to completion using project management and decision-making frameworks.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, SQL, Python, Tableau/Looker, Salesforce, Outreach, SPIFF, or similar tools.
