About the role

  • Act as a CMO of your product. Own performance against the plan for your product: new billings, new users and other acquisition metrics, ROAS.
  • Develop and own the go-to-market strategy including positioning, messaging, and growth targets.
  • Monitor and translate emerging trends and test them to scale growth using real-time performance metrics.
  • Scope and prioritize marketing activities based on business needs, impact, and industry trends.
  • Partner with Product, Performance, and Organic teams: aligning roadmaps, co-owning launches, and accelerating adoption in priority markets.
  • Lead from the front with a hands-on, 'can-do' attitude - setting the pace for the team and owning the outcome.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through product and performance marketing.
  • Experience leading GTM strategy and execution.
  • Strong skills in product positioning and messaging.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and how to move them.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in leading a team of highly skilled professionals.
  • High attention to detail, including precise and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.
