Own and optimize messaging across SMS, WhatsApp, email and in-product notifications to ensure each channel feels personal.
Set up and manage lifecycle campaigns, including the copy, visuals, localization and target audiences.
Analyze existing communications, conduct A/B tests, spot bugs, and continuously improve active campaigns to ensure their best performance.
Partner with product, revenue, and marketing teams to align lifecycle communications with business goals.
Map out journeys that make sense - move customers naturally from their first purchase to renewal with well-timed nudges and relevant messaging.

Requirements

2+ years in lifecycle or email marketing - particularly with email, SMS, and bonus points for WhatsApp, content cards.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and making swift, data-backed decisions
Experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, HubSpot and similar
High sense of ownership and accountability, capable of driving projects from concept to completion
Strong English copywriting skills, experience with sales copywriting
Data guides your strategies but you always keep the customer experience front and center in your mind
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
