About the role

  • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities across the product funnel
  • Own growth metrics such as activation, retention, conversion, and monetization
  • Design and run structured experiments to continuously improve the product experience
  • Translate product strategy into clear requirements backed by data and research
  • Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer insights
  • Define and monitor KPIs and growth dashboards to ensure visibility and transparency
  • Conduct user research and analyze behavioral data to understand customer needs
  • Partner closely with marketing and customer success to improve acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
  • Monitor the AI, no-code, and SaaS landscape to identify emerging growth opportunities
  • Continuously optimize the product through data analysis, experimentation, and rapid iteration

Requirements

  • Has a proven track record of driving product growth through experimentation and data-driven decisions
  • Is comfortable working with metrics, funnels, KPIs, and experimentation frameworks
  • Has experience managing the full product lifecycle in fast-moving environments
  • Can translate business goals into structured product strategies and experiments
  • Has experience aligning cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Takes ownership and thrives in high-accountability environments
  • Communicates clearly and effectively in English
