Own service architecture decisions, delivering reliable, scalable code
Integrate Kodee with systems across Product, Customer Success and more
Align and collaborate with Chatbots Team as well as other teams to deliver seamless Kodee experience
Share knowledge and elevate coding standards across the team

Requirements

Strong experience with **Python **as well as knowledge about most common frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask, etc.)
Proven ability to design and consume high-throughput REST APIs
Ability to leverage **AI Software Development tools **(Cursor, Claude Code) to boost your productivity
Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
Familiarity with scalable, containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
High curiosity to stay up to date with the state of the art of the fast-moving AI field
Experience in **AI, LLMs integrations**, and/or process automation solutions (Nice to have)
Knowledge on observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) (Nice to have)
