About the role

Identify high-intent discussions, contribute value-driven insights, and ensure our brand is visible in the right conversations.
- Create buzz in the right places - Proactively spot opportunities to join trending or relevant discussions. Seed thoughtful threads, ask smart questions, and spark conversations that increase awareness and referral traffic over time.
- Manage review and reputation platforms - Own our presence on platforms like Trustpilot and other review sites. Monitor sentiment, respond strategically to reviews, and help shape how our product is perceived publicly.
- Amplify company voice - Write and collaborate on posts for the LinkedIn, communicate product updates in a way that sparks engagement, and manage conversations from our company account with a strong, consistent voice.
- Engage across social channels with intent - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across LinkedIn and other platforms while focusing on meaningful interactions that build credibility and trust.
- Navigate community dynamics with care - Understand moderation rules, platform culture, and unwritten norms. Build presence authentically and compliantly, earning trust in spaces where audiences are skeptical of marketing.

- Measure impact and optimize - Track referral traffic, engagement, sentiment, and conversation impact. Test approaches, double down on what works, and continuously refine your strategy to scale organic growth.
