💰 €2,900 - €4,700 per month

About the role

  • Implementation of new processes in the CRM.
  • Integration of new tools with the CRM (e.g., email automation, video recording tools).
  • Workflow automation using built-in CRM functionality.
  • CRM hygiene (duplicate cleanup, creation of key identifiers, etc.).
  • Support for the Partnerships team through CRM usage (trainings on how to use the CRM, support for onboarding new users, etc.).

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot or similar CRM technologies.
  • Experience building automated workflows to streamline CRM processes.
  • Experience with key Agile/Scrum practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong documentation and training capabilities.
