About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop automations for the Support/Operations team
  • Ensure uptime of support servers by keeping the team's critical automations running
  • Identify operational gaps and resolve them with automations
  • Represent the Support team in technical projects with other departments
  • Support the implementation of AI, bots and automations in support operations
  • Create reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Analytical profile with the ability to turn problems into solutions
  • Proactive attitude and ownership in problem resolution
  • Strong communication skills to work with different teams and stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset, understanding the entire operation
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration
  • Advanced knowledge in developing applications with Python
  • Advanced SQL knowledge
  • Familiarity with AI and relevant terms (LLM, function calling, RAG, fine-tuning, and vector databases)
  • Familiarity with orchestrators for automation development
  • Knowledge of Help Desk systems (Zendesk or Zoho Desk), with a focus on automation integration
  • Intermediate knowledge of web programming languages (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
  • Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence applied to support operations (NLP models, ticket analysis, automated classification, etc.)
  • Experience in advanced orchestration with tools such as n8n, Airflow or Zapier
  • Previous experience in high-availability (HA) environments, focusing on uptime and reliability of critical automations
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps/SRE, including CI/CD, monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)
  • Knowledge of information security applied to automations, ensuring compliance and protection of sensitive data
  • Intermediate to Advanced English
