About the role

  • Provide consultative support to all potential customers via chat with a focus on conversion (Spanish-language support)
  • Qualify leads using sales techniques
  • Identify customers' pain points and provide solutions to their needs

  • Maintain and update our platform and keep the sales operation organized.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with Inbound Sales and high-volume sales
  • Excellent communication skills in speaking, reading and writing — we will test you!
  • Negotiation skills, resilience and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable and quick to work with multiple tools simultaneously (we use Zendesk and WhatsApp at the same time!)
  • Motivated by challenges and targets.
