Sales Consultant, Spanish

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consultative support to all potential customers via chat with a focus on conversion (Spanish-language support)
- Qualify leads using sales techniques
- Identify customers' pain points and provide solutions to their needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction during product or service purchase
- Maintain and update our platform and keep the sales operation organized.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience with Inbound Sales and high-volume sales
- Excellent communication skills in speaking, reading and writing — we will test you!
- Negotiation skills, resilience and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable and quick to work with multiple tools simultaneously (we use Zendesk and WhatsApp at the same time!)
- Motivated by challenges and targets.
