Provide consultative support to all potential customers via chat with a focus on conversion (Spanish-language support)
Qualify leads using sales techniques
Identify customers' pain points and provide solutions to their needs
Ensure customer satisfaction during product or service purchase
Maintain and update our platform and keep the sales operation organized.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience with Inbound Sales and high-volume sales
Excellent communication skills in speaking, reading and writing — we will test you!
Negotiation skills, resilience and problem-solving ability
Comfortable and quick to work with multiple tools simultaneously (we use Zendesk and WhatsApp at the same time!)
Motivated by challenges and targets.
