About the role
- Work end-to-end across the design process: discovery, prototyping, validation, and delivery
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams to define problems and solutions
- Influence product decisions based on data, research, and design best practices
- Map user journeys, identify friction points, and propose continuous improvements
- Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile
- Conduct research and use data and metrics to inform decisions
- Ensure interface consistency through UX best practices and use of the design system
- Participate in Agile rituals (Scrum) and monitor implementation of solutions
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital product design (UX/UI)
- End-to-end experience (discovery through delivery)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Ability to make data- and metrics-driven decisions
- Good communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
