About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Spearhead an AI transformation across the product development lifecycle, from discovery and competitive analysis to post-launch synthesis.
- Enhance Go-to-Market execution through a robust "Definition of Done" framework.
- Cultivate a bi-directional "Voice of the Customer" program by synthesizing churn and deal loss data.
- Function as the core operational link between Engineering, Product, and GTM teams.
- Manage the product technology infrastructure by establishing playbooks and auditing data integrity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in product operations, AI enablement, product management, business operations, or program management in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives at scale and implementing scalable operational frameworks, feedback systems, or analytics programs with quantifiable impact on efficiency and quality.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product and operational insights.
- Expert-level proficiency in managing and automating product management tools such as Jira and Productboard.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence without formal authority.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving landscape.
