Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
HostawaySenior Talent Acquisition Partner driving hiring across the Americas for Hostaway, an AI-powered vacation rental management platform. Owning full cycle recruitment for Commercial roles in a fast-growing, remote environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a true talent advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers across the Americas.
- Own the end-to-end process for Commercial roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and Technical Support.
- Spot what's not working and fix it.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies to find and engage great passive talent.
- Use data to tell the story, hold yourself accountable, and help hiring managers understand what good looks like.
- Keep the bar high, and help us continuously raise the standard for how Hostaway recruits.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth, scaling environment - not just large enterprises with big support teams around you.
- A background hiring for Commercial roles - Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, Technical Support, or similar go-to-market functions.
- Real knowledge of the North American and LATAM talent markets - you know how to hire in these regions, not just source into them.
- True autonomy and comfort with ambiguity - you figure things out, make calls, and keep things moving without needing constant direction.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Clear and confident async communication is a must when you're operating across time zones with a lean team.
- Advanced sourcing skills and a bias for improving things - you find great people who aren't looking and build relationships before you need them.
