About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own Hostaway’s AI product strategy and roadmap.
Plan and execute customer research to understand property managers' needs.
Identify the highest-impact AI opportunities.
Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver AI-powered experiences.
Establish approaches to AI evaluation, including quality benchmarks and success metrics.
Assess build vs. buy decisions for AI tools and third-party solutions.
Stay updated on changes in AI models and tooling.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS.
Proven experience shaping strategy across multiple products or domains.
Strong understanding of LLMs and AI product development.
Experience defining and using evaluation sets and quality benchmarks for AI products.
Experience with agentic AI concepts, including tool use and orchestration.
Experience evaluating and integrating off-the-shelf AI solutions.
Highly data-driven, with strong judgment in using metrics and customer insights.
Demonstrated AI-native curiosity and fluency.
