About the role

  • Join Hostaway in the Communications team responsible for the Unified Inbox module.
  • Streamline Guest Host communications using AI features, automations, and templates.
  • Design, build, support, and evolve the backend systems that power user-facing features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and extensible solutions for real customer needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS software development (production live product)
  • Strong-level proficiency in PHP and/or Golang, with a strong willingness to dive into both.
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful web APIs
  • Familiarity with transitioning event-driven service-oriented architectures by applying Domain Driven Design (DDD) principles
  • Experience in writing Unit Tests and Integration Tests
  • Experience working in a Cloud environment (AWS is a plus)
  • Experience with message queues (e.g., AWS SQS) is a plus
  • English language level C1
