About the role
- Lead the vision, launch, and optimization of B2B and B2C payment products, ensuring robust security and PCI compliance.
- Use data to prioritize features, define KPIs (e.g., authorization rates), and drive measurable improvements in conversion, cost, and reliability.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our payments solutions remain innovative, competitive, and compliant.
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, conduct user interviews, and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Collaborate with other product leaders to define priorities, gather requirements, and align on development scopes.
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategy and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS plus extensive experience within the Payments domain.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and guide strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to independently solve complex problems using structured frameworks and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent product specification skills with attention to detail and strategic alignment.
- Demonstrated capability in project execution, coordinating complex projects, and ensuring product reliability.
- Ability to create comprehensive, forward-looking product roadmaps that balance short-term execution with long-term strategic goals.
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate, influence, and drive consensus amongst team members and various management levels.
- Strong experience conducting user research and effectively translating customer insights into actionable product strategies.
