About the role
- Responsible for driving top-of-funnel sales growth by leading a team of SDRs focused on generating high-quality leads and sales opportunities.
- Instrumental in building a world-class SDR organisation through strategic leadership, coaching, and process optimization.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop SDR talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement sales development strategies that align with Hostaway’s growth objectives.
- Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular coaching to ensure team targets are consistently met.
- Establish scalable processes for lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and handoff to Account Executives.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Operations teams to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead flow targets.
- Deliver accurate performance data and actionable insights through data-driven analysis.
Requirements
- Proven success in building, scaling, and managing SDR/BDR teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market and regional nuances in sales strategies, buyer behaviour, and communication styles.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing SDRs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize SDR performance using KPIs and data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A 2nd language would be strongly advantageous.
