Outside Sales

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Account Executives to achieve and exceed new customer acquisition goals.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across all enterprise sales activities.
• Own and manage the enterprise new logo pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined deal management.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, and other internal teams to align go-to-market strategy and optimize conversion throughout the sales cycle.

• Lead the full lifecycle of Planful implementation projects, from initiation through successful delivery and closure.
• Ensure each project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining a strong customer experience.
• Drive consistent communication and alignment across project stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Provide project governance and oversight, including detailed project planning, financial tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure timely updates on status and milestones.
• Act as the customer’s trusted advocate throughout implementation, ensuring goals and expectations are met.
• Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve delivery processes and contribute to the overall success of the Professional Services team.

• Drive new business sales revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities with target accounts within the assigned territory
