About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead our enterprise-wide technology strategy with a strong Data and AI-first mindset
Define and drive the architecture that enables data-driven decision making, AI-powered innovation, and scalable digital platforms
Ensure our technology foundation supports long-term growth, innovation, and operational excellence
Establish standards for cloud-native, API-first, and scalable system design
Design and evolve a modern data platform to support analytics, machine learning, and AI
Lead the development of AI-enabled systems, including predictive analytics and intelligent automation
Promote a data-driven culture, ensuring data is accessible, trusted, and effectively used across the business
Collaborate with executives, product leaders, and engineering teams to influence strategic decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience in technology, including significant experience in enterprise architecture or senior technical leadership roles
Proven success designing and delivering large-scale, cloud-based systems and platforms
Experience with data architecture, analytics, or AI/ML solutions
Strong understanding of modern software architecture patterns (microservices, APIs, distributed systems)
Track record of leading technology transformation initiatives
Preferred: Experience with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Preferred: Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, or data compliance frameworks
Preferred: Experience building or scaling data platforms (e.g., lakehouse, data warehouse, streaming architectures)
