About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the breakdown and monitoring of IT project activities;
Participate in system implementation projects across the holding’s units (hospitals and clinics);
Perform system configuration and deliver end-user training;
Support mapping and improvement of business area processes;
Act as a bridge between business areas and the technical team, helping translate needs into system requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Nursing, Business Administration, or related fields;
Knowledge of the Tasy hospital ERP system;
Logical reasoning and interest in SQL queries (basic PL/SQL knowledge desirable);
Previous experience (internship or academic project) in system implementations is a plus;
Good communication skills and ability to work with different departments and user profiles;
Availability to travel during project periods;
Residence in Campinas, SP or surrounding area.
