About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, partnerships, and others)
Perform legal analysis of contract drafts, identifying risks and proposing improvements
Issue legal opinions that are concise and business-oriented
Lead contractual negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners
Manage the contract lifecycle (drafting, execution, amendments, renewal, and termination)
Support internal teams in structuring contractual requests and interpreting clauses
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and response deadlines
Participate in standardizing contracts and developing templates
Support continuous improvement of contract department processes and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree with a valid OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration
Postgraduate degree in Civil Law/Contracts preferred
Experience in corporate contract review and advisory work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with legal management systems and digital signature platforms
Knowledge of contract and civil law, as well as regulatory and healthcare sector regulations
Availability to work in a hybrid model, with on-site presence twice a week at the Taquaral office in Campinas, SP
Residence in Campinas or nearby with easy access
