About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, partnerships, and others)
- Perform legal analysis of contract drafts, identifying risks and proposing improvements
- Issue legal opinions that are concise and business-oriented
- Lead contractual negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Manage the contract lifecycle (drafting, execution, amendments, renewal, and termination)
- Support internal teams in structuring contractual requests and interpreting clauses
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and response deadlines
- Participate in standardizing contracts and developing templates
- Support continuous improvement of contract department processes and workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree with a valid OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration
- Postgraduate degree in Civil Law/Contracts preferred
- Experience in corporate contract review and advisory work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with legal management systems and digital signature platforms
- Knowledge of contract and civil law, as well as regulatory and healthcare sector regulations
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with on-site presence twice a week at the Taquaral office in Campinas, SP
- Residence in Campinas or nearby with easy access
