About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Recruitment and Selection professional will be responsible for conducting the full recruitment process, from defining the profile to the final selection, ensuring the attraction of talent aligned with the company's values and needs.
  • Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain a close, strategic relationship with hiring managers, acting as a consultant and facilitator at each stage of the process;
  • End-to-End Management: Run recruitment processes end-to-end (administrative, customer service, technical, and mid-management positions), ensuring quality, candidate experience and SLA compliance;
  • Agility and Parallel Projects: Manage a high volume of vacancies with agility, with the ability to lead and support parallel projects focused on innovation, continuous improvement and implementation of market best practices;
  • Smart Attraction: Advertise vacancies strategically on partner sites and niche networks, and explore creative local sources to increase the attractiveness of positions;
  • Screening and Specialized Hunting: Conduct assertive screening, competency-based interviews and in-depth assessments, providing consultative and detailed recommendations to support managers' decisions;
  • Data-Driven: Ensure impeccable recording of information in management platforms, monitoring and analyzing R&S indicators and KPIs to support decisions and reports;
  • Governance: Act as guardian and promoter of Recruitment and Selection policies, culture and internal procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Tech Mindset: Genuine interest in technology and innovation applied to Human Resources, with active use of AI platforms (such as DigAI and similar tools) in daily work;
  • ATS Experience: Solid experience using digital recruitment platforms, preferably with proficiency in the Gupy ecosystem;
  • Autonomy in R&S: Proven track record of independently managing end-to-end selection processes and strong skill in active sourcing/hunting on LinkedIn;
  • Relational and Agile Profile: Excellent communication, emotional intelligence to interact with multiple stakeholders (hiring managers and regional teams) and ease adapting to dynamic routines;
  • Based in Campinas;
