About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work strategically on data analysis and processing
- Conduct exploratory analyses and data quality validations
- Operate in a Data Lake environment, ensuring organization, governance and consistency of data layers
- Create, model, and optimize interactive dashboards and executive reports, with a focus on storytelling and decision-making
- Generate strategic insights from data, identifying trends and opportunities
- Support tactical and strategic business decisions with in-depth analyses
- Ensure governance, standardization, and scalability of analytical solutions
- Collaborate in the definition and maintenance of metrics, data concepts, and standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and processing
- Experience with Data Lake and organizing data layers
- Experience with the Tasy ERP
- Experience developing reports in Tasy
- Experience with Databricks
- Knowledge of and experience developing in Python
- Knowledge of data modeling
- Experience with exploratory analysis and generating strategic insights
- Experience with data governance and defining metrics
- Must reside in Campinas or the surrounding region
- Availability to work in a hybrid model
