Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare the documentation required to formalize termination processes requested via ticket, checking for employment stability situations, and meeting the established SLA.
Process and verify termination calculations, handling high volumes.
Monitor changes to collective bargaining agreements.
Verify termination-related debts with vendors.
Request and control payments within legal deadlines.
Generate, analyze, and ensure submission of information to eSocial; identify and correct any errors in FGTS Digital.
Monitor the provision of termination documents for homologation.
Manage and process supplemental terminations, including those arising from Collective Agreements.
Transmit bank files for termination payments.
Stay up to date with labor legislation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, Human Resources or related fields;
Generalist knowledge of all Personnel Administration processes;
Proficient in MS Office, intermediate Excel;
Desirable experience with LG and Qualitor systems;
Experience working in a Shared Services Center is a plus.
