About the role
- Conduct analyses of claim denials and support the preparation of negotiation proposals;
- Actively participate in meetings, prepare meeting minutes, follow up on collections and track their progress;
- Analyze claim denials, identifying inconsistencies;
- Generate and review reports of maintained claim denials;
- Monitor claim denials that have not received appeal responses;
- Track and follow up on negotiation proposals sent to the health plan/operator;
- Organize and keep negotiation spreadsheets up to date;
- Assist with problem resolution and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Previous experience in collections, negotiations and claim denial appeals;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Reside in Campinas or the surrounding area.
