About the role

  • Propose updates to hospital price tables in accordance with internal policies, regulations and market trends;
  • Conduct economic feasibility studies for procedures, packages and hospital contracts;
  • Analyze the financial impact of different reimbursement models and propose strategic alternatives;
  • Support negotiations with health insurers and payers;
  • Implement pricing methodologies that balance financial sustainability and market competitiveness;
  • Validate price tables and audit amounts that are outdated or not negotiated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related quantitative fields;
  • Proficiency in Power BI and databases (Databricks, Oracle and SQL);
  • Expertise in healthcare pricing models (fee-for-service, packaged pricing, bundles, DRG, capitation and hybrid models);
  • Familiarity with Procedure, Materials and Medication Price Tables (CBHPM, TUSS, AMB, ANS, and internal hospital tables);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint);
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days on-site) - Taquaral;
  • Residence in Campinas or nearby regions.
